Man has always been intrigued by Time. Back in the day, everyone was
pretty psyched when Pope Gregory came up with that whole notion of
dividing the year up into 365 equally spaced units. Except sometrimes
you needed 366 to make the thing work. Albert Einstein discovered
that Time was related to Space, and things got even more confusing.
Physicists now believe that Time is indistinguishable from Space,
while Deepak Chopra has gone as far as to claim that there really is
no Time at all, it’s a construct of our minds.
When the great thinkers throughout history (if there IS a history)
can’t get it together about Time, can I really be blamed for saying
that my upcoming show at The Point this Saturday (8.3.02) starts at
9p, WHEN REALLY, IT STARTS AT 8p?
I didn’t think so.
Are you now confused?
I thought so.
