Exclusive Download featured in this coming week’s Entertainment Weekly
Yes, it’s true. In-between getting the latest important news like "Is Tom Cruise really in love with Katie Holmes or is it just another convenient public relations romance?", this week you’ll also find . . . well, me.
While I was willing to talk about how I stayed strong when that hussy Angelina Jolie tried to seduce me and break up my relationship, what the folks at Entertainment Weekly really seemed interested in was an exclusive tune they could offer their readers for downloading. Who am I to say no? The issue hits the stands late this week.
I’m not allowed to tell you where to get the download, ‘cuz they said they’d run the compromising photos of me with Drew Barrymore if I didn’t get you to pick up a copy.
Okay, it wasn’t Drew Barrymore . . . it was . . . Drew Carey. CURSE YOU ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY!!!!!

Saturday, 6.25.05 – 7p / 10p – The Final Shows at the Point – Bryn Mawr, PA – SOLD OUT
As I’m sure many of you have heard, The Point is closing it’s current location in Bryn Mawr and looking for new digs.
What can I say? A very bittersweet night as I have the honor of being asked to put on the last shows at the place I call my musical home.
Much more than just my favorite room, The Point has been the place where I became the live performer that I am today. Rich, Jesse and all the folks at The Point did everything possible at every turn to let me build an audience and to put on whatever ideas I had for shows that I wanted. Nothing I conceived of doing was ever too weird, too involved or even too loud for them.
Thank you to everyone who has worked at The Point during the 40? . . . 50? plus shows that I’ve had the pleasure of playing there over the last six years – I wish you the best in the hunt for a new location. Also thanks to all of you who have come out to the shows again and again and again and again and again and again and again. I’ll be doing my best to make these last ones shows to remember.
Yeah, they’re already sold-out. I’ll do another email and website announcement soon to tell you all how we’re gonna handle walk-up tix, but plan on coming early.

6.20.05 – Iota Club and Cafe – Arlington, VA – with Judd and Maggie.
6.21.05 – The Saint – Asbury Park, NJ – An acoustic night at the Saint.
6.23.05 – The Goldhawk – Hoboken, NJ – A return to one of my favorite rooms that I don’t play often enough.
7.12.05 – Hotel Cafe – Los Angeles, CA – My first trip back to Cali since making the record.
7.23.05 – WXPN’s All About the Music Festival in Wiggins Park – Fun in the sun with the boys in the band.
