Reminders: Boston Tonight, Saturday The Point

No Comments 19 November 2001

Hi Friends,

First off, I apologize for whatever bullshit ad has been placed by Yahoo
above this message. Please know that we will be switching to a new
service in December that will not bomb you with ads.

Okay, a quick reminder about my show tonight (11.19.01) in Boston at the
Kendall Cafe. I’ll go on right at 9:30p, followed by Cameron Dezen (no,
not her, that’s Cameron Diaz). Do me a favor and mention that you’re
there to see me at the door. Then, I’ll be able to come back.

Also, for those of you in the Philadelphia geographic region, a reminder
that this Saturday (11.24.01) I’ll be playing a show at the Point in
Bryn Mawr, PA. The show starts at 9p with the mega talented Cliff
Hillis. Be sure to buy your tickets in advance by this Wednesday to
receive your copy of ‘Transistorized 220,’ a brand new CD that will ONLY
be available as a giveaway at this show.

Boston:Kendall Cafe:11.19.01 w/Webcast

No Comments 14 November 2001

Hello Friends,

I will be playing this coming Monday (11.19.01) in Boston at the Kendall
Cafe. My set starts at 9:30p.

The Kendall Cafe is purported to be a rather prestigious venue. Elvis
Costello has played there, so there may be something to that. Then
again, Jewel has also played there, so who knows. Either way, I am very
happy to have the opportunity to bring my music back to Boston.

Um, it’s not gonna be cold, is it?

This show will be broadcast over the ‘net by www.radioboston.com (it
will be on Channel 4). So, for those of you not in Boston, tune in. For
those of you in Boston who would just like to avoid paying the paltry $5
cover, . . . shame on you.

Boggia - Live on the Web this weekend

No Comments 24 May 2001

Hey Everyone,

This Saturday, 5.26.01 I’m playing at Club Passim’s Cutting Edge of the
Campfire Festival (I would’ve thought that the Edge of the Campfire
would be Burning, not Cutting, but hey, it’s not my campfire) in
Cambridge, MA at 6p in a Songwriter’s Circle that also features Edie
Carey, Meg Hutchinson and Randy Kaplan.

If any of you feel like making the 6 hour drive, God Bless ya, but for
those that don’t, it will be broadcast live on the web at:

http://www.radioboston.com

Once you’re there, go to Channel 5 - Club Passim. This is also a good
opportunity for those of you not in either Philadelphia or Boston to
check out a few songs.

ALSO:
Don’t forget tomorrow night (5.25.01) at the Tin Angel (
http://www.tinangel.com ) with Ben Arnold and I both doing band sets.
The fun starts at 9p, the music starts a little bit after that.

Talk to you soon,
Jim
