11.2.01 Grape Street Pub & Oops

Hi All,

Listen. Last night, when I told you all my name was Joy and I loved your
CD and wanted to know where I could see you play . . . well, it’s not
that I didn’t mean it, it’s just that, um, I accidentally forwarded an
email to the entire group. Sorry, y’all.

FRIDAY NIGHT AT THE GRAPE:
To make up for this glaring error, the boys and I will take the stage
this Friday (11.2.01) at the Grape Street Pub in the much maligned
Manayunk section of Philadelphia. In order to get into the spirit of my
mistake, I have renamed my band members for this show as follows:

Mike Frank will be Hope
Scott Bricklin will be Faith
Kevin Hanson will be Charity
and Erik Johnson will be Snuggle Bear

This night is the record release party for my friends, Pepper’s Ghost
and the evening opens with other friends, Love Syndicate (the Jim
Boggias will hit the stage around 10:30p), so come on out for a whole
night of damn good music.

Boggia: FREE Show TONIGHT, FREE Music Downloads.

Hello Brethren,

What have I done for YOU lately, huh?

Well, good people, probably not much.

So, tonight I’ll be playing a free show at Grass Roots in Manayunk (you
know the place, it used to be La Tazza, a coffeehouse and sandwich place
run by a really nice couple. Now it’s Grass Roots, a coffeehouse and
sandwich place run by a different, but equally really nice couple.).

THE SHOW IS EARLY. It starts at 7p with Ben Arnold, then I’ll go on at
around 8p. We’ll have you home in time to catch the last 45 minutes of
the ‘West Wing’.

I have recently discovered that FREE shows don’t do much to help my bank
account, so I will not be playing a lot of these in the future, so ACT
NOW.

Want more free stuff? Why you ungrateful little . . . um, sorry . . .I
mean SURE!!!!

download, ‘Consuela.’ You can also download the two September free
